Graham Webb Academy Makeup training workshops are carried out by our
nationally recognized instructors and provide students the latest in the art of
makeup design.

This comprehensive Makeup Artistry Course covers valuable theory and practical techniques.

Make Up Artistry Course

Tier I

This workshop is taught Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00pm – 10:00pm for 8 weeks (16 sessions in total).  Theory and Practical Techniques include:

• Day & Evening Looks
• Make Up Application of False Eyelashes
• Contour/Print Makeup
• Corrective Makeup
• Wedding Makeup
• Importance of Lighting
• Color Analysis and Personal Preferences
• Selecting Colors of All Skin Types
• Tweezing and Grooming Eyebrows
• Marketing Yourself as a Makeup Artist

Workshop fee will include kit and books.  All students must be enrolled prior to the class start date.  A deposit of $500.00 will be due at enrollment.  The balance must be paid on the first day of class. Workshop Fee: $1,900.00

Advanced Make Up

Tier II

In this workshop you will learn how to advance your basics skills and knowledge of makeup.  This course will cover make up for High Definition Television, Camouflage make up, men’s groming, and period looks.  We will also demonstrate air brushing.  These classes will meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 – 10:00 for 2 weeks (4 sessions in total).  Cost of the workshop is $600.00.  make up kit is not included.

Airbrushing Workshops

This workshop will stress the essentials of airbrush makeup with a focus on how to use the equipment properly.  There will also be an emphasis on this amazing technique that is easier, faster and coverage that feels extraordinarily light.  You will learn how to cover and camouflage tattoos.  With this technique you will practically eliminate touch-ups.  Amazingly the ultra fine mist provides a better coverage than standard foundation, without clogging pores or caking.  Airbrushing makeup sets instantly, so there are no sponges, powder puffs or soiled fingers, which gets equated to a more hygienic process.  In addition, the color won’t rub off on your clothes!

• It is hypoallergenic and it does not get absorbed into the skin, thus eliminating the problem of clogged pores

Airbrush Workshop

Tier I

This workshop is taught on Sunday and Monday.  It is a two day workshop.  Tier 1 will concentrate on using the air compressor, and achieving a smooth even technique of makeup application.  Day two will be spent learning how to contour and highlight with airbrush techniques.  An Airbrush machine and highlighting/contouring make up is included the workshop fee.  Fee: $595.00

Airbrush Workshop

Tier II

This workshop is for the experienced airbrush technician.  Taught on Sundays and Mondays, the focus is on color placement.  Special emphasis will be put on eyes.  Learn fascinating techniques to capture runways, fashion photo shoots, and your client’s special occasions!  Machine and kit are not included.  Students must bring their machine and colors.  Fee: $375.00
